Our Purpose for Requesting Personal Data

During access to our website, you are required to enter some of your personal data into the system to be able to operate some menus. The purpose of requesting this data from you is to get back to you about the issues you consulted with our Center.

 

In this context, the personal data we request from you are as follows:

• For the Contact Us Section: Your name, surname, phone number, and e-mail address.

 

Principles of Protection of Your Personal Data and Limits of Sharing

Based on the provisions of the Convention on the Protection of Individuals Against the Automatic Processing of Personal Data (Council of Europe Convention No. 108), Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights, Article 20 of the Constitution, Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, the limited number of personal data which are requested from you, will be used, protected, and deleted by the disappearance of the reasons that need to be processed within the framework of our protection policy. In this context, your data will be kept for 10 years from the date we receive it and will be destroyed by us at the end of the period.

 

Requests from public institutions, judicial authorities, and other official authorities for the transmission of your personal data we have obtained;

• Compliance of the request with Convention No. 108 and Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights,

• Whether it is based on an explicit legal obligation,

• Whether it meets the conditions to be necessary for a democratic society,

• Whether the purpose of the request is lawful and legitimate, whether it can be put forward concretely, whether the requested data overlaps with the intended purpose, whether the only way to achieve the stated purpose is to transmit your data without anonymization,

It will be evaluated in terms of its elements, and data transmission requests that do not provide all of these elements will not be fulfilled. If a data request contains all of the above-mentioned elements, it may be necessary to transmit your data.

 

Apart from this, your acquired data will not be shared or transferred to 3rd real and legal persons/institutions without your explicit consent, and our relevant employees will be able to access this data, limited to cases where it is necessary to fulfill the service requested by us. If the provision of the service you requested requires the transfer of your data abroad, your explicit consent will be obtained.

 

Your rights

Regarding your data, in particular, following the Convention on the Protection of Individuals Against the Automatic Processing of Personal Data (Council of Europe Convention No. 108), Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights, Article 20 of the Constitution, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and the scope of your processed data,

• If your personal data has been processed, obtaining information about it, accessing these data, and taking samples from them

• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose, whether it is transferred to a third person or institution in the country or abroad, to request that the changes in your personal data be notified to the persons or institutions with whom the data is shared,

• If your personal data is processed incompletely or incorrectly, you have the right to request the correction, deletion, anonymization, destruction,
